At 0117 Bristol Clothing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

Please note:

• We cannot accept items back once they have been worn, removed from their original packaging, or had tags/labels removed (if applicable).
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or dislike of the product. Please ensure you carefully review sizing and product details before placing your order.
• This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can investigate and provide a suitable resolution (repair, replacement, or refund where legally required).
